he's hanging with the lifeguard. that area is roped off for the lifeguard station. that's why i always notice this guy. it's hard not to notice an old guy in a thong who is always talking to the lifeguards. and it's hard not to notice that the lifeguards always look pained.

Yeah, I know him too. I think his name is Jeffrey. He usually wears a jock strap or thong. But I talk to him on occasion - he's an o.k. dude!
