Thank you so much for offering this great photo under the CC attribution license. I used it in my article, How to Have a Successful Job Interview: Techniques for Getting Hired. The attribution is in the photo credit section at the bottom (placed there by eHow--though I think it should be at the top.) Thanks once again.

If this is how eHow use flickr CC pictures as a matter of course then I don't think it's good enough. There's no active link, creators name nor does the photo itself link back to the original. All they've done is to supply a dead url and carefully make sure it's not clickable.
