With so much room to spare, why not make the list of Selected Albums bigger, giving a better overview over the available albums.

Jochen, good idea! The reason that the "selected albums" field is not larger is because the date filter, when set to choose a date range, shows a graphical calendar in the space below.

I could expand / contract the album field depending on whether the calendars are showing, or I could show the calendars all the time and have them disabled when they aren't clickable... I'll have to think about it.
