This dialog sheet looks sweet! I see three minor details you may want to fine-tune, though:
• The horizontal scroll bars don't have arrow buttons at the ends. Maybe add those, following the curvy design used by CoverFlow?
• Apparently, the lower shelf shows all available items. In that case, the scroll bar should be hidden. (First thing I thought when I saw the screenshot was: "Where's the bottom scroll bar's thumb?")
• From the nitpicking department: Apple suggests that the buttons in a dialog box should be the same width, hence the Cancel button should be just as wide as the Configure... button.
Also, I'm not sure if the whole sheet isn't a bit too big overall, especially since, apparently, you cannot resize it.
N.B.: About the feature of importing iPhoto albums to automatically generate time lines? Awesome idea!
