Philadelphia, PA JFK Plaza (LOVE Park)
A controversial park initiated by city planner Ed Bacon. Although it's become a much loved urban place, in the urban planning it (and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway) were seen as a detriment to Penn's original plan for Philadelphia.
