No silly Titles today. All three of these are fairly bland and deserve just a number.
Caption reads:
The coordination of built-in wall shelves, cabinets, and desk units
with an integrated lighting system of pole lamps results in an
expertly organized home-office area. Wall units provide bookshelves
and magazine racks as well as compartments for business files, while
the glass-topped desk with its adjacent shelf extension offers plenty
of surface space for telephone, typewriter, and adding machine. This
arrangement is especially suitable when homework is heavy. Informal
accents like the beer-stein pencil holder, the cafe curtains, and the
tulips are a reminder that the office is also part of a home.

Those shelves look way too flimsy for my library.

None of the laptop computers in these photos have screens. And that giant yellow mouse with the green buttons must have been a serious chore to use, homework was heavy. How did anyone get any work done?

Good grief, it screams at me. I remember such a scene and how "cool" it would have been then, awful in the '80's, funny in the '90's, and now it's cool again. I've come full circle...

I don't really like this one for some reason. I think that I should like it, but I just don't.

Our house (built 1972) has a whole-house intercom/radio system. The controls in some of the rooms have been pulled out and the walls patched over, but before we did that, it still worked pretty well. There's even a control on the back porch.
