Very weird how this part was covered.

Atlanta, GA Lerner Shops Then and Now by army.arch.
Original is from 1953 and can be found in the Special Collections Department at the Pullen Library at Georgia State University. I found it on this great website:

wow. i just saw this building yesterday but didn't take a picture for some reason.
i love your picture and the before picture.
notice that they shortened and closed in the giant window perfectly to suite the style.
