This is relaxing staring at the ceiling. Or
rather, trying to relax. NY and LA always get
me a bit frenzied ... not necessarily in a
bad way, but in a way that if I don't stop
and slow myself down, can get bad.

It's really really hard to relax in L.A. to
be certain. Being in Portland is totally
Zen-ing me out.
