Cognitive Hazard

Exactly what kinds of hazards could occur with mature cognotechnologies is hard to imagine. This sign represents a general hazard, perhaps the induction of inconsistent beliefs, infinite loops or mistaken perception.

Hehehe, this one and the "Motivation Hazard" one are my favorites, though part of the reason for that is that I'm not studied enough in physics to get many of the other ones. Still, was the dead/alive cat idea mentioned on "Macroscale Quantum System" Schrodinger's cat? I want to pat myself on the back for catching a geeky reference, but not sure if I have the right to yet or not. :-)
