Way to fill the frame with a sociopolitically relevant subject.....seems kind of funny though for a guy wearing a mask to give you his name to be published on the Internet.
Nice contrast between the Tibetan colours and the dreary background.

He took his mask off when I interviewed him. I put his name and voice on the radio as well. I think he figured this was a neat look, rather than trying to hide his face.

I like that you filled the frame with the subject's face and that the message is easily seen.
The primary focus for me is the subject's eyes and it's unfortunate they seem kind of dark and lifeless. I would have liked to see a bit less DOF to focus more on the subject and less on the building in the background.
