Specifically William Joy, architect at Wells Cathedral and creative genius of the C14th. The unique bridge arches and vault is unique to Bristol Cathedral and is attributed to Joy as designer.

I have returned to the subject many times, but this time experimenting with the new lens and the funky image stabilisation feature. Call be a dumb-ass, but it took me two photo forays to realise it even has IS capability. duh.
