Chocolate sorbet is now in existence! I've taken care of the important task of scraping the bowl of chocolatey remnants and placing them in my stomach.

A little firm up time in the freezer and oh yeah.

We had a huge thunderstorm last night with an estimated there 5000 lightning strikes. Between the high wind and all the rain, it's messy outside; branches and leaves strewn all over the soggy ground.

The back of the house overlooks a small wood. I set up my tripod and tried to capture a sense of the storm. This one is my favorite. It's a 2.3 second exposure with a couple lightning strikes providing illumination.
