A bit of a test. The Online Photographer recently suggested shooting film at half the suggest ISO and then developing for 20% less. I tend to have mixed feelings about Fomapan 400, not bad but I like other 400 films better, but shooting at 200 looks much better to me.

Pentax ME Super w/40mm lens, loaded with Fomapan 400 (EI 200), developed in Ilfosol 3 for 7 minutes with 30 seconds initial agitation followed by 6 agitations every minute thereafter.

Yashica Mat EM loaded with expired Fuji Acros, stand developed in Adox Adonal (1:100) for 1 hour.

Konica Big Mini loaded with Arista Premium 400, developed in HC-110 (dil. b) for 6.25 minutes with 30 seconds initial agitation followed by 6 agitations every minute thereafter.

I've always had mixed feeling on the Konica Big Mini. On one hand, it has a sweet lens. On the other hand, the motor that extends the lens is painfully loud (not a stealth camera), the frame-lines are just a wee bit off. I donated the camera yesterday to my favorite podcast, so hopefully it will find a new home soon.

The lovely sky is due a mix of cold air, sunrise, and air pollution. Thankfully the winter rains have finally arrived and washed this mess away.
