i am weak to the thumb. but the large version is just as good. seems to have great story potential, as well.
Magic™ [deleted] (83 months ago | reply)
i totally agree with the rest, i wanted to figur out what the thumbnail is; so i clicked on it.
well, this is interesting, unique work. Well Done!

Strange and surprising. Reminds me of the little cartoons in the margins of Mad Magazine.

Everything reinforces the ambiguity here, especially that weird, wonderful leaning box. Amazing photograph, this.

A bit too much going on in this one.
Just kidding. It's great.

Damn neat, and an interesting experimental composition, but just doesn't quite work. Too much negative space for what is happening. Plus the difficulty of figuring out what the "box" is; it looked like a bear box at Yosemite to me.

Wow any chance you could get more white in that frame? Nice picture but a little too bland for my taste.

great story told, stunning, cool idea, arty
poped in my mind on first sight.
after looking at the large it was more like "looks like my first approach to photoshop".
I am not sure. It's one of these you-love-or-hate-it.
for me it's a delete-it

you got it
Kieran Campbell (83 months ago | reply)
Photographer Dre, was that you putting a saveme on a photo with a lameass comment??
anyhoo this photo positively pushed my attention away from the thumbnails and, now I see it, the grey sky kills it for me - it looks too dull in general but then viewing it against a white background doesn't help there. I like the composition though.

10 out of 10 for the idea - I shall steal it. And when I steal it I'll try to put something different at the bottom

this should have been an album cover during the 70's saveme
andertho (83 months ago | reply)
i like it... not much else to say, the composition speaks for itself and you love it or hate it.

_devocean (83 months ago | reply)
i don't agree with the "love it or hate it" thing.. i lie it and it really offers something different annd makes me look. i like the spareness but think it is a little too much and they are too close to the bottom of the frame.. just a fraction higher would have been better
deleteme

I like the white space, it almost had a saveme, but doesn't completely get me.

I feel like there ought to be a great, dramatic, heartbreaking story with this nicely cropped image. There's probably isn't, but I have my imagination.
