      Yes sir, it most defintely is.
      It isn't really in Khanna, it's after Khanna, near Doraha. You basically turn down the road just before the Manji Sahib Gurudwara.

      When I watched RDB, I thought the fort was somewhere around Delhi. Now I know where it is from, though I have never been to Doraha.

      Have been to some forts near Anandpur Sahib but didn't know that around Khanna there was such a beautiful fort. Looks just like the movie.
