
Carve from Ultra-Case.com = Epic Fail
I was so excited to find this case for my new iPhone and even more excited to finally get it. (My friend who gifted it to me had a hiccup with UPS where they were late in getting it to her.)
However, after only 4 days, my case has gone from looking like this, to the photos you see here.
Apparently, it seems that these cases do not do well with skin oils, as you can see I have stains on the sides of the case and on a spot in the back where one would hold the phone to balance while texting.
Best of all, there is no mention of this on their website.
So I photographed my case to show the company what happens after only 4 days of use! I would expect this to happen maybe after two months, but 4 days? Really, that is an inferior product that should not be sold for $25 a pop.
I've asked the company for a refund for my friend or for a new case in a darker color as to diminish any staining issues which are sure to occur. I'm hoping that they come through and stand behind their product.
What do you guys thing? Am I expecting too much?
