Eleanor's Sensible Shoes

    Eleanor Roosevelt
First US Delegate To The United Nations.

Neither a scholar nor an expert on international law, Mrs. Roosevelt's work was rooted in her humanitarian convictions and her steady faith in human dignity and worth. She often joked that she felt out of place among so many academics and jurists, but her intellect and compassion were great assets, and proved to be of crucial importance in the composition of a Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I feel flattered my image would be the muse for poets :-)
