In progress: loupe macro manipulation sample
This is one of the manipulations I started recently.
I found a cracked robin's egg in the driveway and photographed it with a 35mm film camera. (Canon A-1, macro lens). Later, I photographed the color film negatives through a loupe on a light table with a Canon 5D fitted with a macro lens.
I think of it as a star going nova. We'll see. Much more to be done.

TL Setup
I need a way to solar charge a 24V marine battery used in one of my time lapse rigs. Looking at this unit as a possible solution. Will this work?
Update: The battery says “24DC” on the label; however, I learned it’s actually a deep-cycle 12V battery. I bought a less-cumbersome panel that I’ll try out as soon as the rain buggers off.
