Taken in September 1975.

A tiny, gorgeous beach at the foot of the cliff below the Via Krupp. You need a ladder to get down from the rock to the sand and water (see note).

    beautiful light, color.

    I love the ambiguity of scale when looking at the smaller version.
    Is it a tidepool, a view from space (if you don't count the boat), or an aerial shot of a rocky inlet...

    Thank you. If you ever get to Capri -- just offshore from Naples (Naples, Italy, that is) -- be sure to take some time for the via Krupp, or the Krupp Walk. The views are fantastic all the way down.
