the water shadow was a nice touch. one of your tags says "dramatic." that would be a good description of your style. your photos are what you'd imagine seeing if you were walking down a path and suddenly turned your head sideways because some unknown force had compelled you to do so.

Massa Di Lapangan Trikora Abepura
SEKITAR 20 Ribu Massa Rakyat Papua dari berbagai suku mengambil bagian dalam aksi pembalian Paket Politik Otsus kepada penguasa NKRI melalui aksi damai di Jayapura, Jumat (12/8) kemarin. Aksi tersebut berlangsung dengan damai sekalipun TNI/POLRI telah menyiapkan berbagai skenario yang mengarah kepada bentrok fisik.

Mulai Long March
Aksi damai tersebut dipimpin dan dikendalikan langsung oleh Para Aktivis Aliansi Mahasiswa Papua (AMP), Koalisi Perjuangan Hak-Hak Azasi Rakyat Sipil Papua (KPHARSP), Dewan Musyawarah Masyarakat Adat Koteka (DEMMAK), Solidaritas Perempuan Papua (SPP), Aliansi Perempuan Papua (APP) dan Penjaga Dusun yang bersama Koordinator Lapangan (Korlap) bertugas mengamankan massa dan membersihkan penyusupan Intelijen Indonesia.

Aktivitas penjajahan Indonesia seperti pasar, lalu lintas, pekerjaan kantor, pendidikan dan lain-lain terlihat macet total karena kebanyakan warga pendatang memilih tinggal dirumah.

Long March Sejauh 16 KM, TNI Teror Pakai Helikopter

Yang menarik, dengan penuh semangat, massa pro Papua Merdeka itu melakukan Long March sejauh 16 KM dari lapangan Trikora Abepura menuju Kantor DPR-Papua di Jayapura Kota.

Awalnya, Massa Rakyat Papua berkumpul di dua titik. Mereka yang berdomisili di Genyem, Sentani, Waena, Abepura, Kotaraja, Koya dan Arso semuanya berkumpul di lapangan Trikora Abepura. Sedangkan massa yang berdomisili di Entrop sampai Pasir Dua berkumpul di Taman Imbi – Jayapura Kota. Massa yang melakukan Long March sekitar pukul 09.00 WPB dari Lapngan Trikora Abepura bergabung dengan Massa di Lapangan Imbi sekitar pukul 13.00 WPB dan selanjutnya mereka memasuki halaman Kantor DPR-Papua.

Peti Mati Berisi "Jenazah" Otsus
Dalam Long March tersebut, massa memikul Peti Mati bertuliskan "OTSUS" sebagai tanda bahwa Otsus sudah mati di Tanah Papua dan Rakyat Papua mengembalikan "bangkai"-nya kepada Jakarta. Sambil menyanyikan syair-syair pengembalian Otsus dan Penolakan Militer di Papua, masa juga meneriakkan yel-yel Papua Merdeka sambil mengangkat Baliho dan Spanduk.

Panser Milik Polisi Sedang Siaga
Walaupun aksi Long March itu dilakukan dengan tertib berkat kesiapan Korlap, Penjaga Dusun, TNI sempat menggertak massa dengan menerbangkan sebuah Helikopter Tempur diatas iring-iringan massa, tepatnya di sekitar Skyland (Teluk Youtefa). Polisi yang pura-pura mengamankan massa juga melindungi kantor DPR-Papua dengan ratusan personilnya dilengkapi 2 buah Panser.

Orasi-Orasi Politik dan Pembacaan Komunike

Massa Di Kantor DPR-Papua
Tiba di Kantor DPR-Papua, para orator dari Tim Aksi menyampaikan orasi-orasi politik yang intinya megembalikan Paket Politik Otsus kepada Penguasa NKRI, dan menyerahkan peti mati kepada pihak DPR-Papua sebagai simbol pengembalian Paket Politik Otsus. Pada kesempatan itu, pihak Dewan Adat Papua (DAP) juga membacakan Komunike Masyarakat Adat Papua yang terdiri dari 4 Point fakta-fakta kegagalan Penerapan Paket Politik Otsus dan 7 Point berisi pokok-pokok tuntutan Masyarakat Adat Papua kepada Pemerintah Republik Indonesia.

"Karena itu, Masyarakat Adat Papua dengan ini mendesak DPRP Provinsi Papua dan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua untuk mengembalikan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus Bagi Provinsi Papua kepada yang terhormat Pemerintah Republik Indonesia di Jakarta", demikian bunyi intisari Komunike tersebut yang ditandatangani oleh Leonard Imbiri (Sekretaris Umum DAP dan Forkorus Yaboisembut, S.Pd (Ketua Dewan Adat MAMTA).

Tanggapan Penguasa

John Ibo didampingi Leo Imbiri
Drs. John Ibo, M,Si yang memimpin Tim DPR-Papua ketika menemui massa di halaman kantor DPR-Papua mengakui bahwa pemerintah Provinsi memang belum mensosialisasi Otsus secara merata di kalangan Rakyat Papua sehingga Otsus belum berjalan sesuai harapan. Ibo juga menambahkan bahwa DPR-Papua tidak punya hak untuk mengembalikan Otsus.

"Sebagai Lembaga milik rakyat, kita tetap terima apa yang disampaikan oleh Dewan Adat Papua, tapi DPR-Papua tidak punya hak mengembalikan Otsus sebab sudah diatur dalam undang-undang. Yang lebih berhak soal itu adalah Pemerintah Pusat", jelasnya kepada Massa.

Tentang Dana Otsus yang lebih banyak jatuh ketangan pejabat dan warga Non Papua, John Ibo mengatakan bahwa ia tidak tahu soal itu karena Dana Otsus sepenuhnya ada di Kabupaten/Kota.

Penyataan John Ibo sempat membuat Massa Naik Darah, tetapi berhasil diredakan oleh pihak DAP.

Sementara itu, Gubernur Papua JP Salossa ditempat terpisah menanggapi Aksi Pemgembalian Otsus itu dengan emosi. Salossa berang karena ada point tuntutan dalam Komunike Masyarakat Adat Papua yang meminta presiden RI untuk memberikan ijin pemeriksaan terhadap dirinya terkait dana Otsus.

"Bagi Orang yang menyebarkan isu-isu bahwa dana Otsus hanya dinikmati orang tertentu, harus dibuktikan dengan data, jangan asal bicara. Sebab ini Negara hukum jadi jangan asal menuduh sembarangan, hanya untuk merusak nama orang, " tegasnya dengan nada marah.

Demo Berakhir, Tanggapan Massa

Penari Yang Membakar Semangat Massa
Kepada SPMNews, Massa Rakyat Papua yang mendengar tanggapan penguasa, terutama tanggapan John Ibo, mengatakan bahwa sangat lucu kalau DPR-Papua tidak mengetahui dana Otsus. Lebih dari itu, mereka menyatakan bahwa yang menjadi tuntutan mereka bukan soal uang.

"Dana Otsus yang lebih dinikmati oleh pejabat dan Orang Pendatang itu bukan urusan kami, karena yang kami tuntut adalah kedaulatan kami sebagai sebuah bangsa yang punya hak mutlak untuk menentukan nasib sendiri, untuk merdeka dan berdaulat seperti bangsa-bangsa lain di bumi ," ungkap seorang demonstran berapi-api.

Massa juga kecewa terhadap pihak DAP yang mengakhiri aksi protes pukul 15.30 WPB, karena mereka ingin bertahan sampai ada jawaban dari penguasa, terutama dari Presiden SBY.

"Kita kecewa karena jalan kaki setengah mati, ada yang pakai koteka dan dansa,padahal DAP bubarkan massa seenaknya. Harapan kami, DAP tidak boleh bikin kami begini lagi, karena kami sudah cukup menderita dibawah Indonesia, Orang Adat jangan ikuti jejak penjajah yang tidak tahu Adat", jelas seorang petani yang ikut dalam Long March.

Yang jelas, Otsus adalah cara terakhir kaum penjajah dimana-mana dalam rangka mempertahankan wilayah jajahan mereka dan strategi manipulasi opini untuk menyembunyikan penjajahan yang sesungguhnya. Jika Otsus untuk Papua dikembalikan, maka wajah buas NKRI sebagai penjajah akan kelihatan dengan sendirinya dan kondisi ini akan memaksa masyarakat Internasional untuk mendukung Refendum dalam rangka Penentuan Nasib Sendiri bagi Rakyat Papua.***
