Mugaritz![]() I swapped out a mollusc second course for the cheese gnocchi (which were etherally light, with individual superpowered microherbs from their garden), and milk icecream for the cheeses. Lots of awesome dishes here, there were also two pre-courses as well as the clay potato and deep fried shrimps. Highlights: the fish stew - skate in an impossibly rich broth, and the pig tails, so caramelised and sticky. The pumpkin was clever - boringly bland on its own, a sweet cream and a bitter coffee cream really changed it.
