FIRE! FIRE!

I was really confused when I first moved to San Jose and there were no fireworks stands ANYWHERE in July. I went five years with no fireworks to light off in the street and it make my heart cry.

So you can imagine how OMGREALLYREALLYEXCITED I was when suddenly fireworks stands popped up all up and down First street in Gilroy!

For some reason the are legal in Gilroy ONLY. As a matter of fact, they check ID's and will sell ONLY to Gilroy peeps. I guess they get a lot of people driving from up North in San Jose to buy them here. Actually, had I known they sell them in Gilroy I'd have driven!

But YAY! I'm really excited for the 4th now. :)
