Sodium Fail.![]() This is pre workout which will knock the calorie count down about by about 500 so I'm not doing bad on calories as long as I eat a healthy dinner but GOOD LORD look at all that sodium. That's HORRIBLE. I need to start watching that more closely.
I need to figure out how to adjust those numbers. According to SparkPeople my goal per day should be: Calories: 1200-1550 Carbs: 135-252 Fat: 27-60 Protein: 60-136 These numbers are all higher except for portein which is lower. Makes no sense to me. I'm pretty sure there's a way to imput my own mumbers there. I'll have to check after work.
