are these banksy? i know he was in N.O. but these look like someone appropriated his style and made some changes. looks like a banksy knockoff.

last night, the empty school build just across the street from here burned. the area that this is in flooded a couple of feet after katrina. nothing like the amount of water that the lower ninth ward took on. but as you can see, corner stores and schools are still closed three years after katrina.
there are folks that live in the blue building. there were probably people in the school building as well that may have accidentally set it afire. or coulda been arson.

There are more grey ghosts, it turns out, than Radtke. We just drove by the brass band on OCH. A man squatting in the BLIGHTED building that had received such a lovely gift told me that the owner of the building painted it over himself, allegedly saying, "No one paid me..."
