Lake Matheson (Explored)
Mount Cook in the southern alps is the highest mountain in New Zealand, reaching a height of 3,754 metres (12,316 ft).
At Lake Matheson, near the Fox Glacier, nature has combined exactly the right ingredients to create truly stunning reflections of New Zealand's highest peaks - Aoraki (Mount Cook) and Mount Tasman
Shot yesterday morning just a minute after sunrise (a minute too late actually), Lake Matheson, South Island, NZ. The early morning mist rising off the surface of the lake really did a lot for this image as well.
