"Hedrich Blessing is one of the world's most respected architectural photography firms. Since 1929, they've captured the work of the leading twentieth-century architects, including Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and Eliel Saarinen. Using visionary perspectives and techniques, the studio's photographers transformed the nature of architectural photography from a documentary medium to an art form. You won't want to miss this retrospective of the studio's most stunning photographs. See 80 spectacular images, in color and in black and white, spanning the past seven decades of American architecture."

Oooooh....this sounds like a fantastic exhibit that would suit my wife and I both with the combination of architecture and photography. This might be a fun little extra diversion on Valentine's Day if we have time.

      another planet, yes it does.

shiny[and]new, maybe you need to visit Richmond on the James?

Bruce, thanks, I got to see some of them up close. They're impeccable.

      Richmond on the James?

    10. Ansel Olson (40 months ago | reply)

William Byrd named Richmond, Virginia (on the James River named after King James) after Richmond on the Thames because of a similar hilltop view shed.

I knew it was called after Richmond upon Thames. I didn't know Richmond VA was on the James. Nice to learn something new. Perhaps I will some day. Although I'm sure I won't make it in time for this particular exhibition ;)
