    I love Kale, and I really love Kale when it is stir fried with freshly chopped garlic and ginger.

      Kale is awesome.

      I make a pretty good soup with Kale. Its a mix of lentils, kale, some chicken or vegetable stock and some good English pork bangers (sausages)

      Oh, I have not had it this way... will have to. I just put kale in my white bean soup last night....
