Chocolate Banana Boat: Before

Marissa at Slashfood blogged about this last week and ever since then I have been dying to try it. Well tonight was the night, and my verdict? Wonderful. I served it up with some vanilla ice cream. It is almost like an inside out banana split. Next time I will try and add some nuts (Hazelnuts is what Zoe suggested). Perhaps some English chocolate? Here is the finished product.
