Yeah, THAT Owen Wilson and THAT Wes Anderson

I've been cleaning out the garage over the past few days. One of the things I ran into was my beaten-up copy of Analecta, the literary magazine of U.T.. Back in the day, I was part of its editorial board. In this edition, I also had a few poems published.

I hauled the dog-eared book out of the garage and put it on the kitchen table, thinking to shelve it inside with the proper, loved books.

Jenna (who has an MFA in creative writing) saw it last night and said she wanted to see if she knew anyone published there besides me.

"Uh, Owen Wilson... and... Wes Anderson..."

I think I said "Get out!" or some such thing.

But here it is, the table of contents.

NOTE: I am unable to provide you with scans or text of their writings. Please don't ask. This is a copyrighted publication with an ISBN number for the Library of Congress.

(Look at the big version).

I was on the editorial board too, in the mid 90's. I'll have to get them out and look for famous people now.

Weird- my girlfriend's name is right under Wes Anderson's!
I was OCR-ing her copy when I noticed it.
Mr. Anderson is my son's favorite director.
