I felted an old Gap sweater which I haven't been able to fit into for years and used it to make the most adorable mother goose stuffie from Simmy's pattern. I used Peruvian Highland wool and this pattern for the basket though I omitted the applied i-cord (should have done it in retrospect ;0) and made 4 i-cords for a 4 strand braid handle instead. It was my first fancy braid and I think it it sooo neat. I used these directions which were nice and straightforward.
