Has it really been 2 months?!?

1. I was really depressed for the first month or so.
2. My computer is now on the 3rd floor of our house in my studio so I don't get as much computer time.
3. Depression eased up once I started meeting people/reconnecting with old friends and got my blog and shop up and running again.
4. I am long overdue for a haircut.

So that's everything in a nutshell. I would love to return to flickr more, let's see what happens!

Well we did it. We up and moved to San Francisco.

This is (literally) our back yard. It's crazy living near a national park yet being in a city.

So far, honestly, adjusting is hard. I have a lot of culture shock. 18 years in Manhattan and going on week 2 in California. It's different here.

My goal is to only take what fits - so I've been cleaning out drawers and closets with a vengeance.

This is my craft/office closet which I have never been able to properly show off. Now that I have a 20mm lens I can show you some of what lies behind the closet door. This is by far my favorite closet, as it was built for yarny goodness. It houses all my knitting books, weaving materials, knitting needles and office supplies. I will miss this closet so much.

In the past, I have moved because I've outgrown a place. This time, we are moving for different reasons. I am really going to miss this place. I can't believe our time is up with this apartment.
