For the future - We see the baby bunnies in our yard a lot. One thing you may not know is that the mom bunny leaves the babies in one spot to go and find food and them comes back to them after dark/dusk. You should put the baby back to see if she comes back and moves it. If not then you need to bring it to a trained wildlife rehabilitator in your area. Otherwise the baby will probably not survive.

Trust me. I've been there.
