On a sleepless night not long ago, I began to visualize myself in a warm, safe and beautiful place where I could relax and slowly fall back to sleep, when it suddenly occured to me that I need not visualize such a place because I was already there. My most favorite thing to do is to listen to them breathing while they sleep. I think that must be what heaven sounds like.

Skiing in the Dark

New Year's Eve celebration in Angel Fire, NM. They carry these torches and ski down the hill in the dark before the fireworks. I really love this part.
