Losar at Bylakuppe

Images from new year celebrations at Bylakuppe. We visited the Golden Temple, Sera Jey and Sera Mey and the Kagyudpa. Tasted the local brew - chang - served by our Tibetan host at a temple. And got to see a Tibetan dance performance at the monastery - an occasion graced by a surprise guest - Steven Segal - who is also a Buddhist (Rinpoche). February 2008.
