Was walking down the street when this caught my eye. I can't even. Once the light turned green, it whizzed on down the street with a huge truck on it's tail. If I was in that tiny thing, going down street surrounded by vehicles three/four times my size, I'd be terrified. If anyone know what it is, feel free to share.
