Hey Andy, what is that thing? is it like a flash drive? lol. Someone finally cleaned out their car. I like this in b&w.

I agree the b/w looks great. Looks like a very old photo w/ an old artifact.
I still have some blank tapes and a tape player...Oh I've just aged myself :)

The black and white gives it that vintage feel. I have some tapes stuck in the back of a drawer but not the player

Wow, this is a different style for you and I love it! It has a real gritty feel to it, very retro which is fitting for the subject. Even looks holga-esque to me (mean that as a compliment!). I love the perfectly focused weed completing the composition and elements within. So great!!

Every single technological advance in music recording has been said to ruin the music industry starting with the player piano. If you ask me the music industry is killing music.

A nice example of how talent can turn ordinary refuse into something artistic. I'm not sure how you did it, but you've turned an old cracked cassette, sitting in the dirt, into an interesting photo. Good work!

The composition works well here and b&w is the only way to go with this photo.

I think that was an old Musicians Union slogan from way back. Or the Performing Rights Society, maybe. I used to take LPs out of the library and record them onto cassette. So it's all my fault that Madonna's new album is crap. Obviously.

digitalesse: Finally, someone admits responsibility. I applaud your honesty :-) I think the first album I had that carried the famous logo was Michael Jackson's Thriller. I'd say he did a pretty good job of killing his own career without much assistance from music pirates...
