Daddy's Morning Medicine

Morning sunlight streaming through a vodka-and-cranberry-juice.

If there were actually any vodka in this, it'd be a very, very depressing photo.

But instead it is uplifting, inspiring, and thirst provoking.

And I'm seriously impressed by the iPhone's photo quality. Off to explore the rest of iPhone pool. As someone who lives in an area of seriously spotty cell service, I'm sttill on the fence about buying one.

I'm very, very pleased (and surprised) by the image quality. There's no flash, of course, but even on overcast days outdoor shots compare quite favorably with what you'd get with a conventional 2 MP camera.

I only wish that it were possible to attach the full-resolution image to a mail message. If you post to Flickr directly from the phone, it attaches a VGA-sized version. This shot is what Aperture imported into its library straight from the iPhone.

That picture puts my Q's camera to shame. SHAME I tell you.

That's amazing! We have an iPhone at our house...I'm sorry to say it's not mine. But my husband did let me touch it once.

Hey there! Thank you for sharing this photo on Flickr, I love it. I like it so much, in fact, that I featured it in Photocritic's most recent article, 100 amazing iPhone photos.

      Rock on,
