UPS Doesn't Deliver to Our Apartment
Our local UPS driver doesn't bother to call the people in our apartment building to say there's a package. He just marks the slip as having called us then delivers them down the street to our complex's main office, even though we're always home when he supposedly calls.

UPS doesn't deliver our packages until a few days later!!! Last week a package that was supposed to arrive from New Orleans on Monday was still in New Orleans on Monday. Today UPS told us they were delivering our package all day long until this afternoon when they announced that they cancelled the truck route for the day because of the religious holiday "because 75% of the commercial businesses are closed." The problem is that 90% of the businesses in the area are open today! The bottom line is that you can't trust UPS to deliver anything on time.
