...how I love the green green moss at Godafoss

Godafoss (Waterfalls of the Gods), N-Iceland. This is the place where Christianity in Iceland began 1000 years ago, before the Icelanders had worshipped the old Norse pagan Gods. Into these waterfalls Thorgeir Ljosvetningagodi threw the old statues of the pagan gods - hence the name

Now thats what i call a waterfall.What a spectacular location,and you have more than done it justice with this shot,great long exposure and composition and i agree that the green moss in the rocks adds the perfect finishing touch.I really must pay this stunning country a visit,it looks like a landscape photographers dream.
