I looked through the pages he has up for display on his website, while trying as much as possible not copying him. So far I think I have a little less international travel and a bit more ridiculousness.

I save receipts, write them down, remember, or check my bank account online to see what I've spent, and I put it all in a spreadsheet. And I've started keeping lists of things in my moleskine. Four sodas a day is actually less than normal. It's usually 5-6.
