Another image from Lost Lake. I'm much happier with the quality of this one. This particular lens is more reliable finding infinity in the dark. Plus, the longer I was out there the more I was able to focus on the details despite the scene in front of my eyes.

I was out here a few weeks ago when we had our brief summer, but I knew I needed to return when the clouds rolled in.

Pretty cool waterfall, I'm surprised I haven't seen more pictures of it. The rust color in the water is supposedly fertilizer and other contaminants from the farmlands that feed into the creek.

First time out in this area, I was blown away by all the old barns in Glenwood. I'm going to go back and visit them at night soon.

Was out in The Dalles with some time to kill before sunset. I saw this building from the highway and recognized it from shots I've seen on flickr. I would love to explore the grounds more but there are some prominent No Trespassing signs.
