      With due respect, this looks like he's getting his tongue brushed. A common problem with cats is that they like to lick the toothpaste off the brush.

      You are correct. They get to lick a little toothpaste off to get them started, and then I smush the toothpaste down into the brush so they have to chew it.

      I liked the slit eyes and the tongue sticking out. (It really hurts him to think and it shows.)
