A soli 10 chilometri dalle Grotte di Postumia (Postojna) si trova uno dei più pittoreschi miracoli della storia dell’uomo – il castello di Predjama. Il castello, da oltre 700 anni, domina dalla roccia alta 123 metri – poderoso, provocante e inespugnabile, come fatto apposta per divenire la dimora segreta del temerario cavalier Erasmo di Predjama, descritto in un romantico e bel racconto.
Just 10 kilometres from Postojna Cave stands one of the most picturesque wonders of human history: Predjama Castle. For more than 700 years it has perched proudly on its 123-metre cliff: powerful, defiant and impregnable – the perfect hideout for the bold, headstrong and rebellious knight Erazem of Predjama, a “robber baron” who is the subject of a romantic and beautiful legend.
