Oh wow.. just what flickr needs more than another flower picture... another top of building picture. It's not even a vaguely interesting building. Friend don't let friends photograph federal buildings. It looks like you took this by accident while walking....

Hey guy, your picture is overall very nice. There may be a little excessive noise, but this can be photoshopped out without problem. Don't worry about all these other fools leaving you bad comments they are being way to harsh.....
