   I'd like it better without the guy's back. Focusing on him makes the whole thing seem a bit pedestrian. Without him the focus may be more on the light and th shapes.

   close in and pan left a bit and you would've cut out the problem spot on the right and gotten more of the line of the pier in the shot

   I used to live in Arlington and the T. Factory was a favourite haunt.

   I like how you used the window as sort of a picture frame, kind of apprpriate since what the place is.

   the picture might be better if you´d crop it on the right, but that alone won´t make itr a spetacular picture. This is something that really leaves no impression on me at all

    contrast on the scene outside is too strong (reminds of 70s TV) and is a bit noisy
