LINOTYPE.

If you are into typography or automation porn, you gotta see an old-timey Linotype machine. Sadly, I don't have any good photos of the whole machine, but Wikipedia has a good, but newer, representation. This was taken at the Mark Twain Museum in Virgina City, Nevada. Apparently, this is the first Linotype to make it to the west coast, somewhere during the Gold Rush era (mid 1800's).

Fun fact! Linotype stands for "line o' type"!
