Someday I believe I will find a time to go out to the real street at midnight with all the strobist equipment to take some good shots, but for now my job and family are taking most part of me, so photoshop is my helper now. I don't remember where I take the bokeh image of the street (I recently found it on my HDD) so I hope its not yours :)
