This is 4.5 lbs of boneless roast with a fair lot of marbling. stuff
it down in there with the veggies and put in enough water or stock to
cover the meat. If my DAD were cooking, he'd add 3 beers here. two for
the pot and one for the chef. :)
I, personally, am not a beer in my food kind of person, so, I just use
stock and it's plenty yummy.
