Escargot Bourgogne

This is sad, don't even bother tagging any specific French region. Don't matter if this is in Paris, Dijon or Yountville, this suck. It came out tepid and bland. The puff pastry top has biscuits-like quality and tasted pre-frozen. They should learn from:
