      Please tell me that the Georgetown University sticker means that this is a car that students being hazed must drive through town!

      Else, "Where are the clowns? There ought to be clowns!"

      Not my car. Although I am sometimes an idiot, for many different reasons. :)

      It was spotted on Broad Street in downtown Athens, GA.

      I don't know the owner so have no idea about the Georgetown sticker.
